RORKE'S DRIFT
The cushion & throw collection was created using a range of fabrics, wool, leather, faux suede, silk viscose velvet. The designs were inspired by military artefacts and attire from the Battle at Rorke's Drift during the Zulu War in 1879. A combination of techniques were used, silkscreen print, transfer print, puff binder, flocking, Devoré, hand & machine stitch, and then further embellished with feathers, beads, braids.
